Who I Am
Hi! I’m Ciara Lynsey. I specialize in custom designs and stick 'n' poke tattoos. I like collaborate with my clients and create pieces together that illustrate their ideas. , I believe every tattoo should be as special as the person wearing it. I also have flash pieces available for those that like my work and want to collect some of my work. When I’m not tattooing, find me watching good TV, reading, crafting and if youre really lucky, telling a story on stage. I love to tell a good story!! I cant wait to meet you! Come see me soon!
My Studio
This is Inside Recess! We’re a queer-owned tattoo studio, in Portland Oregon, designed to feel like your favorite hangout spot from the 2000’s. With vibrant and soothing colors, VHS tapes, and snacks, our space is meant to evoke a sense of nostalgia and comfort, making you feel like you’ve come over to a friend’s house to play after school. Our top priority is creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels familiar and welcome.
